Summary

I created Shipt’s first product update announcement email for their Shopper application. Additionally, the graphic in the email header was leverage for a social media post. I crafted the layout and content that would best highlight the new product UI and interactions.

Goals

Create an email that highlights the most important new features of the Shopper app.

Outcome

The email campaign had a click through rate of 17.38%.
