Summary

At Impira, I was responsible for Impira's website content expansion efforts that helped Impira gain an online presence and establish them as an expert in OCR, AutoML, and data extraction. I established a living design systems that matches the product design system. I defined user flows, research users needs, created wireframes, prototypes, mockups and built templates to scale Impira's site.

Challenge

How do we increase our organic traffic and become a leader in the OCR and automation space.

Solution

Together, with a content writer, we strategize and built a resource library for Impira. The resource library is home to how to guides, recipes, and technology pages geared to each of our use cases.

Results

In three months, increased account creation rate from 2.26% to 8.13% creating over 1,500 new accounts, through the website.

In just one month, increasing the number of users who found Impira from organic traffic from 8% to 33% of new users.

We continue to see an increase in our page ranking for specific terms like: 

  • OCR insurance
  • Clam OCR
  • Acord form
