How do we effectively use emails to help self-service prospects go through the onboarding process.
Time based triggered emails that work with product onboarding cues. This was a subset of the larger email onboarding system which consisted of abandon cart emails, payment emails, added to organizations, and product referrals.
This portion of the campaign featured 5 educational emails, an email from the CEO, an email from Impira's Technical Account Director, and a feedback email. These emails were sent over a 30 day period through Hubspot.
The onboarding series saw higher open rates from 19% to 25% (benchmark is 15%) and a click-through rate of 4.5% (benchmark is 3%) than the standard benchmarks.
